Regina Dunkin is the Community Relations Coordinator for Beloit Health System. She was the former Executive Director of Merrill Community Center for nearly 20 years and attended Beloit College. Regina was elected to the Beloit School Board from 2000-2006 and Beloit City Council in 2016, serving consecutive terms being re-elected in 2022. Regina was the first African American woman to be President of the Beloit City Council and Chair of the Wisconsin State Public Defender Board. She serves on numerous boards including Wisconsin Housing Preservation Corporation Board and is Chair of the Greater Beloit Economic Development Corporation Board. Regina was named among the 51 Most Influential Black Leaders in Wisconsin by Madison 365. She consistently gives back to the children and families in our community. Regina proudly represents the citizens of Beloit and State of Wisconsin.
