Garth Maletic

Originally from Canada, Garth began his career in the hospitality and tourism industry, managing restaurants, owning his own business and working as a luxury bike tour guide and regional manager in France for many years. His state service began at the Department of Administration, followed by the Department of Justice, and most recently, as the HR manager over staffing, classification and compensation at the Department of Natural Resources. Garth joined the SPD as the HR Director in August 2022, and is very excited about supporting their mission.
