Aaron Vanden Heuvel

Aaron joined SPD in January of 2024 as their Chief Information Officer. He comes to SPD after almost 7 years at the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds overseeing their IT Solutions Center. Previous to his time in State Government, Aaron worked as IT Manager in Public Education for 13 years. Aaron started his IT career with 9 years in the entertainment ticketing industry including working in Salt Lake City, UT, providing ticketing services to the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and the Sundance Institute among other venues and also with PMI Entertainment (Brown County Arena) in Green Bay, WI, providing local ticketing as well as services to the Green Bay Packers organization. Born and raised in Green Bay, WI, Aaron attended UW-Oshkosh for his Undergraduate degree graduating in 1995. Aaron returned to UW-Oshkosh for his Masters Degree graduating in 2015. Aaron completed their Executive MBA program which included an international study trip to Seoul, South Korea and Beijing, China.
